The platform

Your entire Georgian setup, in one place

Incorporation, residency, banking, accounting, legal, and crypto — handled by one Bar–admitted team in English, Russian, or Georgian. One engagement. One bill. One contact.

Modules

Six clusters under one roof

Combine modules à la carte or run all six on a single retainer. Most foreign-founder engagements need at least incorporation, banking, and accounting from day one; residency and legal usually follow within a quarter.

How it works

From scoping call to fully operational

A predictable four-step path. We tell you the realistic timeline and a fixed-fee budget before you sign anything.

  1. Scoping call

    30 min · free
A 30-minute call (or async chat) where we map your situation: your jurisdiction today, your goals in Georgia, the structure that fits, and which modules you actually need. No pitch deck, no commitment.
  2. Tailored plan

    1–2 days
A written engagement letter with the recommended structure, the modules in scope, a fixed fee for routine work, and a capped budget for project work. You sign once — for everything.

    Engagement letter

  3. Execution

    1–4 weeks
We register the company, file for residency, pre-clear banking, set up accounting on RS.ge, and run the first round of legal paperwork in parallel. By the end you have a Georgian entity that can invoice, hire, and bank.

    Operational company

  4. Ongoing support

    Monthly retainer
Once you’re operational, the platform shifts into ongoing mode: monthly accounting + tax, day-to-day legal questions on retainer, and renewals (residency, licences, annual filings) handled before deadlines hit.

The platform is more than the engagement

Even before you book a call, the public side of the platform — guides, calculators, and the AEO-grade knowledge base — is yours to use, in three languages.

ხშირად დასმული კითხვები

Do I have to use every module, or can I just incorporate?
You can use any single module or any combination. Most engagements start with incorporation + banking + accounting (the operational core) and add residency, legal, or crypto as the business grows. There's no minimum bundle.
Do I need to be in Georgia to start?
No. Incorporation can be done by power of attorney before you arrive. Personal banking typically requires a short visit (24–48 hours) for the in-person KYC; corporate banking can usually be opened with the founder remote and a Georgian director on the ground.
What languages can we work in?
English, Russian, and Georgian — in writing, on calls, and in any official paperwork. The team is bilingual or trilingual end-to-end, and translation between client correspondence and Georgian government filings is part of every engagement.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed fees on routine matters (incorporation, residency applications, monthly bookkeeping), capped budgets on project work, and monthly retainers on recurring legal/accounting services. The engagement letter spells out every line item — no surprise invoices.
Is the advice privileged?
Yes. Tax and structuring opinions are issued under attorney–client privilege by Georgian Bar–admitted lawyers, who are personally accountable for them. That's a meaningful difference from accountants-only or registered-agent providers.
